Yes. Our current projects are in British Columbia and Ontario, but our mandate is not defined by province; it is defined by where the right conditions exist. We are actively looking at markets across the country and are always open to conversations about opportunities that fit the way we work.

We focus on purpose-built rental, mixed-use, and urban infill developments in Canadian markets where housing demand is growing, and supply has not kept pace. Each project is selected carefully based on location, approval potential, and long-term community fit.

We look for communities where population growth is outpacing housing supply, municipal policy supports intensification, and the conditions for well-built, lasting development exist. These are often markets that larger developers overlook, which is precisely where we focus our attention.

We engage directly with municipal teams from the earliest stages of each project, working through rezoning, site plan approvals, and any site-specific requirements before construction begins. Projects do not advance until the planning path is clear and the execution conditions are sound.

Every project follows a defined sequence: selective site entry, approvals and municipal alignment, design for long-term durability, and hands-on delivery through to completion. Our founders are directly involved at each stage, which means decisions get made by people who understand the full picture of the project.
